Our services "À la carte" include phone support, on-site technical services, workshop repairs, hardware and software installation (for products bought from CEV) as well as Digidesign control surfaces repairs.

Phone support is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except on holidays)

Our technicians provide on-site support from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (except on holidays).

Our technical support plans are available to clients who bought from CEV a complete and fully qualified Avid or Digidesign solution. Those plans include the following benefits:

• Unlimited phone-based support;
• Software upgrades;
• 1-year insurance;
• On-site support or workshop repairs for a low hourly rate;
• Phone response time within 4 hours max.
