Cinema Report:
 According
to a report presented by the TrendWatch
market research group, Sony's HDCAM
format is now used by more studios than
any other high definition formats.
The
study reveals that 82% of HD users are
working with the Sony HD CAM format (compared
to only 60% for DVCPro). Analysts forecast
the gap between the two will keep increasing
over the coming months.
