with Avid Mojo Saves You Time

There
is no need for the Avid editor
to waste time flattening an
edited sequence or laying
off to tape - just import
an AAF sequence and play the
same files created by the
editor. Locating the first
frame of a scene is faster
because one can tab from cut
to cut without scrubbing.
Each video clip is labeled
with the same name the Avid
editor gave it, and audio
exported from Pro Tools is
automatically time-stamped
to ensure it is placed correctly
in the Avid timeline.
For
Pro Tools|HD users with Avid
Mojo, benefits include the
following:
- Supports
Avid Mojo on Windows XP
as well as on Mac OS X
- Open
and play back sequences
and files created by Avid
editors like Avid Media
Composer Adrenaline and
Avid Xpress Pro, including
uncompressed video, DV25
and
DVC Pro, 15:1 single-frame
JFIF, and even several 24P/25P
progressive-scan resolutions
- Highest-quality
NTSC/PAL composite, and
S-video output (optional
component I/O cable available
from the Avid Web store)
- Multiple
video clips can be placed
in the timeline
- Editor's
video cuts and clip names
are viewable in the Pro
Tools timeline
- Tab
from cut to cut for easy
navigation to the head of
each scene
- Frame-accurate
scene selection with a simple
double-click of the video
clip
- A
single FireWire cable connection
between Avid Mojo and the
host computer means no PCI
card is necessary
- AAF/OMF
Interchange (DigiTranslator
2.0 option required)
- Captures
DV25-quality video directly
to the Pro Tools timeline,
providing an integrated,
efficient solution for near-sample-accurate
sync
- New

Media
Station|PT 1.6.1 helps you
gain complete control of the
video sweetening process,
from ingest to layback. Import
an edit decision list (EDL)
or existing Avid sequence,
re-digitize, render effects,
and export to Pro Tools for
audio sweetening. Then re-sync
the final audio to the original
video and lay them both back
to tape or export them as
a digital movie.
